WAKO Pro paid a well-deserved tribute to the Founder of the famous K1-Japan kickboxing tournament, Master Kazuyoshi Ishii who, expressly came from Tokyo to Milan, to be present at the “Petrosyan-Sanchez” WAKOPRO World Super Welterweight Championship event.

The board of WAKO IF and WAKO PRO awarded the founder of “K1” the 9th degree black belt conjuring certificate for relevant services provided to global kickboxing and, the WAKO Olympic recognition trophy, with the symbol of the IOC-international Olympic committee. The symbolic delivery of these prestigious awards was led by ROY BAKER (wako president), DONATO MILANO (wako vice-president) and CARLOS RAMJANALI (wako board member and CEO of Wako Pro).

With the 5,000 spectators present at the event, FRANCESCA FALSONI and BARBARA FALSONI, daughters of the founding president of wako, Dr Ennio Falsoni, also attended the event.

Currently Master Ishii, 72 years old, represents WAKO and WAKOPRO-Japan and is the senior advisor of the company “K1-Japan” and was accompanied by Mr Daisuki Teragushi, official matckmaker of k1-Japan. During this visit, several work meetings were held in Milan, between Mr Ishii, Teragushi, Carlos Ramjanali, Donato Milano and Roy Baker, about new projects underway and which will be formalized soon.
